The Doctor wants to show Charley the titular Hall of the Ten Thousand, a famous art installation credited with stopping wars in the system where it was created. Of course, that’s not actually what’s going on here, and Doctor and Charley need to travel around in time a bit to figure out what’s happening and stop it. India Fisher narrates again, and her Eighth Doctor sounds a little smoother and less gravely this time. This is another Short Trip that’s on the longer side, and tells a complete story. In fact, it’s kind of grim for a Short Trip, which are often on the lighter side. It’s a decent story with a good mystery.
