The second part of this trilogy takes place among the Gentlemen’s clubs of Pall Mall in the 19th Century, a setting that the Fifth Doctor takes to with obvious relish. His companions, not so much, particularly Tegan, as you’d expect. Nyssa gets to be the clever one here, spending a lot of time with Adric and Marjorie. That leaves Tegan and the Doctor together, which works out rather better than you might anticipate. Particularly noteworthy is Lorelei King, an American using her own accent, although she’s playing an alien. Oddly, it still comes out sounding over-enunciated, as Americans often do in Big Finish. I think this one works better for the setting than the story.
