This one has a cool title, and the first of a new cover design, but it also has one of the stranger Dalek plans, and ultimately it’s somewhat forgettable. There’s alternate timelines, and a bunch of stranded-out-of-time soldiers, of which the American ones act out some unfortunate stereotypes of their eras. It’s a middling Dalek story at best.
