Placed here because Nyssa is fixing the chameleon circuit on her own. The Doctor is alarmed at first, but then decides to test it by taking them to the bottom of the ocean, where the TARDIS improbably becomes a whale and spits them out. Fortunately, it’s a short story, so the Doctor’s idea to get it back works the first time. It’s a nice contrast between Nyssa asserting herself and the Doctor’s recklessness.
