The next story continues the vein of forgiveness, with the Doctor stumbling into a scenario to help, and getting hurt for his trouble. There’s a certain amount of mystery while the Doctor figures out what’s going on, and then one of his “fits the crime” kind of punishments for the bad guy. The story is mostly about Agatha, one of the bystanders, which is kind of unusual for a "solo Doctor" story. Jac Rayner once again creates a great historical, but it has more sci-fi than usual.
