The Dancing Plague

The last story in the set is also a historical, with the Doctor encountering the Dancing Plague of 1518 in Strasbourg. The Doctor wants to visit his friend Erasmus, but he’s not there, so the Doctor tries to solve the plague with Erasmus’ assistant, Margareta. Oddly, he can’t find any evidence of alien or mystic intervention. It’s an interesting change, but it detracts a bit from the story when the Doctor can’t really figure out what’s going on.
