We’re back to Peter Purves narrating, this time in first-person, and he’s also playing the Doctor. This is the annual Christmas Short Trip, which means a holiday theme hiding a more sinister secret. Both the Doctor and Steven seem to have “reset” to their normal relationship following all the recent death they’ve seen. Which is pretty much all there is to it, although we learn that the Doctor is capable of entertaining young children if he needs to.
