This one is pretty long for a Short Trip, and as such, tells a complete story. It’s not a terribly involved story: The Doctor and Leela land on a war-torn planet, help a young person, and maybe inspire the people to think differently about their enemy. The Doctor is pretty good at that sort of thing. It’s read by Stephen Critchlow, which is the first narration other than Louise Jameson we’ve had in a while. As usual, he does an excellent job, but his Fourth Doctor is the closest to Tom Baker of any of the various narrators.
