The crew returns to Nerva at a much earlier point in time, to find it being taken over by Cybermen, who haven’t been seen on TV since “The Invasion.” Also introduces the planet Voga, and the Cybermen’s unfortunate gold allergy. Season 12 ends here, having been shortened by a strike.
