This is the only story with Jamie and Zoe from this particular boxed set. The TARDIS lands on the wreck of a generation ship launched in the late 21st century because of some disaster about to befall the Earth, but it never reached its destination, and has become a bit of a legend. There’s a party of scavengers on the ship as well, looking to retrieve Earth artifacts that had been aboard the ship. Writer Timothy X Atack unfolds the story gradually over the four episodes, with things being not what they seem, and the threat gradually evolving as the story goes on. The plot itself is a bit slow, but the secondary characters are diverse and interesting, from the dilapidated robot that’s all that remains of the ship to the diverse members of the scavenger crew. All of the characters get rather sharp dialog, even TARDIS crew, who are perhaps a bit verbally quicker than they would have been in the 1960s. It’s a decent story on the whole, although the resolution may be a bit predictable.
