The Seventh Doctor, Ace, and Hex

Thomas Hector “Hex” Schofield is one of the longer-running Big Finish original characters, created in the same period as Erimem and Evelyn. Like them, his story has a definitive beginning, middle, and end, but unlike them, Big Finish has returned to this era a few times to allow the character some more adventures. This section is rather lengthy, but it also features the “Black and White” series of stories, in which the Doctor spends some time separated from Ace and Hex, each group getting stories of their own. The Doctor is at the peak of his chessmaster phase here, with both Ace and Hex suffering because of it.
