This story is rather less impressive, with the Doctor and a scientist trying to unravel a code that turns out to be quite dangerous, and a machine that can regress humans to an IQ of 45. The guest actors are both quite over the top, and the story itself seems somewhat pointless. Definitely the weak link in this set.
