This story, on the other hand, is probably worthy of more than a one-parter. The titular hotel is a planet-sized luxury hotel and casino, which some folks are trying to rob. The reasons behind that are complex, and have to do with invading humans and culture clashes. On top of all that, most of it is told in flashback at Ace’s trial for the robbery in question (with John Culshaw acting as judge, in what may be his first Big Finish appearance). It seems like there could have been more of a story here; in fact, it’s hinted that the Doctor did plenty of other things off-screen, except he hasn’t done them yet. The flaw here is that this one is too short.
