The Seventh Doctor and Klein

Elizabeth Klein has a pretty complicated history with the Doctor -- she’s the villain of “Colditz,” from early in this Doctor’s tenure, but she comes from a divergent timeline where the Nazis won WWII. Late in his life, the Doctor decides to take her on as a companion, in the guise of “keeping an eye on her,” which is pretty typical Seventh Doctor arrogance. Later Klein is a different version, one from the primary timeline, but the Doctor apparently feels compelled to keep an eye on her too, which she doesn’t really appreciate. This era is also unresolved at this time.
