The Seventh Doctor Solo

We have to assume a gap between the last section and this, during which the Doctor dropped off any previous companions he may have had. This section is a bit of a catch-all for stories that feature the Seventh Doctor alone, which Big Finish usually created that way for reasons of actor availability or budget. We know the Doctor was alone at the end of his Seventh incarnation, so these stories tend to feature a more mature and reflective Seventh Doctor, sometimes being wholly cryptic, and sometimes expressing regret for how he manipulated his companions in the past. This is also a place where some of the “five-six-seven” trilogies wrap up, because those usually feature the Doctor alone.
