The Seventh Doctor Solo (Again)

Now we’re getting down to the end of the Seventh Doctor’s tenure, and since we know he was alone at the end, this is a good place to stick any stories where he’s alone, and specifically regretful, although a lot of them could go in the other solo period instead.
