This short story takes place entirely within the TARDIS, which has a theater we’ve never seen before. It also features the Space-Time Visualizer, which the Doctor says he hasn’t seen in a long time, although he used it with Flip to watch cricket. Regardless, the story is a bit of a fairy tale, with goblins and an evil queen who has Mel’s face, stealing bits of the TARDIS. The unusual twist to this story is that it’s read by Bonnie Langford, who hasn’t done any other short trips, and therefore we don’t hear her narrate often. Simon Forward is the writer, and engages in a bit more word-play than Mel normally would, although Bonnie Langford carries it off pretty well.
