Placed here because the Doctor and Peri are still sniping at each other, and the Doctor is still an inveterate name-dropper. The Doctor takes Peri to see the Oort Cloud, which unexpectedly has a habitable asteroid in it. It turns out to be the work of an alien who’s come to observe humanity. Peri seems particularly irritable, although she does have a headache. She also seems unusually stupid, not understanding basic science, and not remembering the Voyager missions, which as an American child of the 70s, she almost certainly would. Colin Baker reads this one, and his impression of Peri is quite grating.
