The Doctor is attempting to take Peri to a space cruise liner, but they end up on a casino ship instead. There’s rather a bit of timey-wimey that Peri has a hard time following, but she does get to have some character moments, expressing her frustration to the Doctor. There’s also an apparent plot development that turns out to be a red herring, which doesn’t happen too often. This story is read by Nicola Bryant in her native accent, which makes Peri seem like a different character altogether. It’s fine, but a bit slight.
