Placed here because Peri still has a low opinion of the Doctor, not expecting him to be kind. This one is mostly told from a bystander’s point of view, a woman named Rosie, an aspiring writer whose father has recently suffered a stroke. Turns out he’s an old friend of the Doctor’s, and he turns up to do his friend a kindness. It’s a nice story for character development, although Colin Baker’s Peri impression is still tough to take.
