The Sixth Doctor and Peri (Again)

In 2014, Big Finish released a trilogy of stories intended to resolve the problem that the Doctor essentially abandoned Peri during the Trial, and her timeline ended up skewed because of it. Although that ended up with the Doctor reunited with a somewhat older and more experienced Peri, there wasn’t a lot of resolution, and then Big Finish just left it alone for years. In 2020, they released a boxed set with the Sixth Doctor and Peri, possibly intended as one of the replacements for the Main Range, which was winding down. There’s no real resolution there either; it looks like Big Finish plans to tell more stories in this era of the Doctor’s life.
