This one-part story fills out the disc, and it’s an intriguing little story. A woman, Lauren, calls the Doctor by accident, who convinces her to go to the hospital, because she’s infected with an alien virus. As an after-effect, she keeps getting wrong numbers and then being able to call the Doctor, seemingly by accident. So the story is told from quite an isolated point of view, as Lauren never meets the Doctor in person. She also convinces him that having a more pleasant manner will help people respond to him better. It ends on a bittersweet note, because Lauren doesn’t know how the Doctor’s story resolved. (But if you want to know, it’s continued in “Patient Zero.”) It’s an effective short story, and I like it.
