The Eleventh Doctor and Clara

Eventually, the Doctor did find Clara, and they set off on a bunch of adventures that really didn’t illuminate her character at all, and honestly formed kind of a dysfunctional relationship. Moffatt apparently intended Clara to be a human form of the puzzle boxes he’s so fond of, but at the cost of making her a real character. This rather short period doesn’t have many inserts in it yet, as both Matt Smith and Jenna Coleman are unavailable. It finishes off with the legendary 50th Anniversary Special and a finale that blows up everything.
