I covered this one in the Jenny section, but it’s equally a Lady Christina story. However, her status quo hasn’t changed much, even given her last two boxes of adventures. She’s still got the 200, and she’s apparently using it to ferry a bunch of high-rollers to a big party, where she intends to steal a diamond. How she finessed that, I couldn’t imagine. She runs into two of her old school chums somehow, one of whom is guest of honor at the party, and the other is now an anarchist who’s brought a team of hippies to protest at the party. Which means there’s a lot of catty commentary, but also a lot of “you’re doing what now?” dialog. Unfortunately, they all have very similar accents, which makes the story hard to follow. It’s not a great story, although it does accomplish the goal of having a lot of women doing a lot of different things, almost none of which is “needing rescue.”
