This story has the Reborn Master truly coming into his own, although it's an Eighth Doctor story from the "Dark Eyes" series. Alex Macqueen shows off his vocal range, flipping from friendly to sinister to jovial and back without a pause. He's particularly entertaining while pretending to be a normal human ophthalmologist, showing off his bedside manner with his patients before extracting their eyeballs. And he has Sally Armstrong as a companion in tihs story, who he seems to treat relatively well, as far as people in the Master's radius. But it's the interactions between the Master and the Doctor that really make this set.
