The End of Time

In this two-part special that ended the Tenth Doctor's tenure, the Master has a lot going on. He gets himself resurrected with a blond dye-job, stubble, a voracious (ridiculous, really) appetite, and energy-zappy powers. Then he turns all of humanity into copies of him (including President Obama, in a particularly absurd scene). And he finishes off by bringing the Time Lords, Rassilon, and Gallifrey itself out of the Time Lock where they've been since the end of the war. Unfortunately, he's pretty much a puppet through all of this, and spends most of the story as a raving lunatic, or feeling betrayed by Rassilon, who simply doesn't care. It's not a great look for him.
