The Timeless Children

TV Series 12 episode 10

Big slam-bang ending where the Master soups up the Cybermen with Time Lord DNA so they can regenerate (with a stupid visual update). We learn that the Doctor is the Timeless Child, who brought regeneration to Gallifrey, and has a lot of buried history pre-First Doctor.
