Doomsday

TV Series 2, Episode 13

Aired: 8 July 2006

The slam-bang conclusion to the story. Finally pits the Daleks against Cybermen (turns out to be a curb-stomping), introduces the Cult of Skaro, and reveals that quite a lot of Daleks survived the Time War, actually. Torchwood One is destroyed, but the other installations live on. In an epic tearjerker, Rose is exiled to Pete’s World along with Mickey and Jackie, but they all stay together in the epilogue. The Doctor burns up a sun to say goodbye, but still can’t tell Rose he loves her.
