These stories take place sometime between when Rose leaves the series in “Doomsday,” and when she appears again in “Turn Left,” although probably toward the latter end of that scale. Clearly this was an idea so that Big Finish could create stories for Rose without trying to get Billie Piper and David Tennant in the same place at the same time. However, they did get Camille Coduri as Jackie, Shaun Dingwall as Pete, and Mark Benton as Clive, giving Rose a cast of characters to work with. The first series came out in 2019, and while the pandemic threw all the schedules off, a second set came out in 2022.
