Missy

The delightfully deranged Missy, played by Michelle Gomez, had a substantial set of appearances on TV, and has also appeared a bunch of times for Big Finish, making her the first Master to balance their appearances. She's also the first female incarnation of the Master (that we know of), and the only one who's tried making a turn to be good. Maybe. Sort of.
