Let's Kill Hitler

TV Series 6, episode 8

Aired: 27 August 2011

This is pretty much the entire onscreen history of Mels, River's second incarnation. She somehow makes it to Leadworth, and grows up alongside her parents, although she didn't attend their wedding. We also see her regenerate again, into the form we know as River Song, while standing in Hitler's office. She attempts to kill the Doctor because of her programming, but then saves his life at the cost of her remaining regenerations.
